Job Summary

At Camp Australia children are at the centre of everything we do, guiding their growth before school, after school, and during the holidays. As Service Leader you will design and maintain engaging, safe and compliant childcare programmes, plan exciting daily activities for primary‑aged children, prepare and serve healthy snacks, and build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the education team to deliver high‑quality care and education.
- Design, implement and evaluate engaging, safe and compliant childcare programmes.
- Plan and facilitate daily activities for primary‑aged children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious snacks, ensuring food safety standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and the local school community.
- Maintain accurate child care records, compliance and reporting.

Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements

- Completed or currently working toward a childcare‑related Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Working with Children Check Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid First Aid, CPR,



Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).
- National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work 6:30am–8:30am and 2:00pm–6:00pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Valid Child Protection Training Certificate and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
