About the Role

As the first point of contact for our Service Department, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your day will include:

- Greeting and welcoming customers into the dealership
- Managing service enquiries via phone and email
- Creating and maintaining service bookings




- Providing administrative support to the Service Department
- Assisting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
- Managing reception duties and incoming calls
- Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives and departmental KPIs

What We’re Looking For

- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- Able to multitask and problem-solve in a busy environment
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career in the automotive industry

To Be Considered

Applicants must have

- A valid Police Clearance issued within the last three months
- Full Australian working rights
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
