About the Role

Join a collaborative technical services team where you'll work alongside the service, repairs, maintenance, warranty, spare parts, and sales teams to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically minded individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out installation, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with Australian standards and specifications

- Diagnose faults and complete repairs across a broad range of commercial catering equipment

- Provide technical support, advice, and demonstrations to customers, dealers, and the sales team

- Prepare accurate reports, quotations, and service documentation in line with company procedures





- Participate in an after-hours callout roster as required

- Maintain accurate control of van stock and parts usage

- Ensure timely completion of service jobs and maintain high-quality workmanship

Skills & Experience

- Experience in the commercial catering or food equipment industry (preferred)

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and service manuals

- Solid understanding of trade-based technical principles

- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload effectively

- Robust communication skills for customer and team interaction

- Willingness to learn and develop within a specialised technical field

Qualifications

- Formal Trade Qualification from a recognised Australian institution (relevant to the state of employment)

- Valid and applicable licence/certification for trade practice (disconnect/reconnect licence)
