We are looking for passionate ServiceNow Developers to join our established ServiceNow practice and assist with the development and delivery of IT solutions and IT Services to support customer and business strategies.

You will develop,



coordinate and deliver SNOW solutions aligned with customers needs. AC3 is dedicated to grow the representation of women in technology and are warmly encouraged to apply. What you’ll do?

As a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant, you’ll take a hands-on role focusing on the delivery of large and complex solutions for our customers. Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.), including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts.

Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation of new or existing opportunities and projects to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are cost effective, and deliverable.

Maintain up-to-date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines.

Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops, and communicate effectively with customers. What we'd love to see? We are looking for someone who is passionate about ServiceNow and the benefits it brings to organisations. 4+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Developer

Previous experience across Migration, Transformation and IT Outsourcing initiatives highly regarded.





Strong Application development and integration experience.

Solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS development skills

Strong knowledge across several SNOW modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, etc.

Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills

Experience in Managed Services Provider or Systems Integrator /Consulting environments highly regarded

Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc. Even if you don’t check every box, your passion and curiosity matter. If this role excites you, we would love to see your application.
