Opportunity for a customer focused and experienced Service and Warranty Site Manager to join our supportive Regional West Service and Warranty team based out of our Geelong office to cover the Geelong Region. Reporting to the Service and Warranty Manager, your responsibilities will include: Ensure that all customers receive prompt responses and follow up to all matters raised and ensure that commitments given are resolved in a timely manner

Ensure on-site works are undertaken to both Metricon and current industry standards

Attend required department office day, as well as playing an active part of team development

Progress efficiently through both the diagnostic and action stages of each allocated home; and Up to date recording were required with all reports.

The successful candidate will have: A trade background in the construction industry would be an advantage

Experience in a customer service/contact role is required

Experience in the building industry (preferable in the volume new home environment)

Cert IV in Building is highly regarded The ability to manage self and others in a time critical setting is of utmost importance

Working knowledge of Australian Building Codes, standards and regulations; and A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!!
