Senior ServiceNow Solution Developer / Integration Architect Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Solution Developer / Integration Architect to lead the design, development and enhancement of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across Security Engineering and Automation domains. The successful candidate will combine strong ServiceNow development expertise with enterprise integration, solution architecture and stakeholder engagement capabilities. They will design intuitive self-service experiences while building robust backend integrations that connect ServiceNow with security platforms, automation frameworks, APIs, workflow engines, CMDBs, orchestration tools and enterprise systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesServiceNow Platform Development

· Design and develop ServiceNow applications, catalog items, workflows and portal capabilities.

· Build and maintain Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, ITSM and custom applications.

· Develop reusable platform components and standards.

· Deliver secure, scalable and supportable solutions.

Front-End & User Experience

· Design intuitive self-service experiences.

· Create up-to-date portal interfaces and service request journeys.

· Improve usability and adoption through thoughtful UX design.

· Build responsive forms, widgets and guided experiences.

Integration & Automation Architecture

· Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and REST APIs, CyberArk, Jira, CMDB, SharePoint, identity systems and automation platforms.

· Build orchestration workflows and event-driven integrations.

· Develop API standards and integration patterns.

· Create scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort.

Solution Architecture

· Produce high-level and detailed solution designs.
