Shift supervisor. The position of shift supervisor in a training role is available at Red Rooster Hervey Bay. The successful applicant must be aged over 18 and will ideally have past fast food experience.
Location
The applicant will be located in the Hervey Bay region, ideally not more than 60 minutes commute to the business.
Training and duties
Full training will be provided via our online portal and in-house on the job. The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of the operation to ensure the front and back of house run smoothly. Training includes, but is not limited to, stock control, stock take, roster management, prepping and cooking the whole menu, and training new employees.

- Demonstrate neat and tidy appearance
- Show a strong level of commitment to the role
- Demonstrate ability to manage a team of young and enthusiastic team members
- Work closely with the store management team
Requirements
- Aged over 18
- Past fast food experience preferred
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and lead a small team
Term and advancement
This is a long-term role with potential for advancement and promotion for the right person.
Compensation and benefits
Pay: $26.49 – $40.00 per hour
