- About the role As a Short Order Cook at The Hungry Tum you will play a crucial role in our vibrant shop, delivering high quality food to our customers in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll be doing

1. Cooking a variety of different foods from our ready to go hotbox, Golden Fried chicken, fresh sandwiches and our delicious Burger range.

2. Maintaining high standards of food quality
3. Adhering to all relevant health and safety Regulations
4. Cleaning duties will be required to keep the shop at high standards at all times

5. Use of POS system and cash handling

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Short Order Cook or similar role in a Takeaway food shop environment

2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure shop
4.



Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

5. Good communication and teamwork skills
6. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
