We're looking for an experienced, motivated real estate professional to join our team for an exciting 2-month contract at one of the Gold Coast's most successful townhouse communities.

Our development has been exceptionally well received, with robust buyer enquiry and our final stages have now been released. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, busy display home with genuine sales momentum already underway to support our current sales team.

What's on offer:

- Immediate start

- Wednesday - Sunday on site

- 9:00am to 5:00pm

Your role:

You will be the face of our display home, guiding buyers through their first visit through to contract.

Responsibilities include





- Welcoming visitors to the display home

- Presenting our premium townhomes with confidence and enthusiasm

- Qualifying buyers and nurturing sales opportunities

- Following up enquiries and online leads

- Negotiating and preparing Queensland property contracts

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to sale

About you:

- Current Queensland Real Estate Licence

- Proven residential property sales experience

- Strong understanding of Queensland contracts

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, confident and self-motivated approach
- A genuine passion for helping people find their new home

- Hubspot CRM knowledge an advantage
