Wayfinding / Placemaking / Environmental Designer

Mid-Senior

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Signage / Wayfinding Designer to join a highly regarded design team, working on projects that shape how people navigate and experience their built environment. This will suit a designer that brings creative thinking with exceptional technical accuracy. You'll work across a diverse range of signage, wayfinding, placemaking and environmental graphic projects, taking concepts through to detailed documentation and delivery.

You will bring:

- A conceptual thinker.
- Develop thoughtful and intuitive wayfinding systems.
- Create transparent, engaging environmental graphic and signage solutions.
- Produce highly detailed documentation packages.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Ensure all work aligns with project objectives, brand guidelines and accessibility requirements.
- Concept development through to final documentation and implementation.

What you will be doing:

- 3 years plus in wayfinding and environmental graphic design.




- A strong portfolio demonstrating wayfinding, signage and environmental design.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Extensive experience producing technical documentation and construction-ready artwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, information design and spatial communication.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop .
- Experience using SignAgent for signage scheduling, documentation and project coordination is highly desirable.
- Experience with CAD or other technical documentation software is advantageous.
