Overview Integral Diagnostics (IDX) seeks an experienced full‑time Site Chief at our Sydenham clinic to lead a high‑performing imaging team, drive clinical excellence and deliver outstanding patient care in a dynamic radiology environment. This role will oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards and service quality across the site, manage daily operations, resources and workflows, and build relationships with referrers and service providers.

The Site

Chief will maintain licensing and accreditation, drive financial performance and growth, and foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities - Oversee imaging protocols, equipment standards and service quality across the site.

- Lead clinical and administrative teams to deliver high‑quality imaging services and patient care.
- Manage daily operations, resources and workflows.
- Build strong relationships with referrers and service providers.
- Maintain licensing, accreditation and quality standards.
- Contribute to clinical workload, drive financial performance and growth.
- Foster continuous improvement through staff development and quality initiatives.

Qualifications - Demonstrated leadership experience within a radiology or healthcare setting, with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient care and team development.

- Current registration with AHPRA.




- Tertiary qualifications in Radiography.
- Knowledge of and adherence to regulation and statutory guidelines.
- Excellent decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid customer‑service ethic.
- Collaborative team‑based approach.
- Qualified and proactive relationship with attending radiologists, referrers and support staff.
