Are you an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Fitter looking to take ownership of a critical maintenance function within a highly automated industrial manufacturing environment?

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of three Maintenance Assistants while ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a state-of-the-art E‑waste recycling and processing facility in the Fairfield region.

The site focuses on processing end‑of‑life electrical and electronic equipment from commercial, industrial, and government sources, with a strong emphasis on environmental compliance, data security, and material recovery.

The facility handles a wide range of e‑waste streams including IT and telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics, batteries, and electrical components. Using a combination of manual dismantling and advanced processing techniques, materials such as metals, plastics, and circuit boards are separated and prepared for downstream recovery, ensuring minimal waste is sent to landfill.
