About the Role

I’m partnering with a well-established builder with a strong pipeline of high-rise residential projects across Southeast Queensland. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
- Coordinate site activities to achieve project milestones and program
- Monitor site progress, quality, and HSEQ compliance
- Implement SWMS, risk assessments, and site safety procedures

Requirements

- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor with strong background delivering high-rise residential, hotel or mixed-use projects
- Proven subcontractor management and site coordination experience
- Robust understanding of construction sequencing,



HSEQ, and site compliance
- Experience with HammerTech, Procore, and Microsoft Project is advantageous
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
- Full Australian working rights
