Site Manager - Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment

Deliver high-quality projects valued between $1M-$5M, working within an established, high‑performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Run day-to-day site operations & program delivery
- Lead subcontractors and drive quality workmanship
- Maintain WHS&E; QA compliance and reporting
- Coordinate services trades (electrical, mechanical, fire, etc.)
- Build strong client & consultant relationships on site
About You
- 3 years’ experience in Site Management for a commercial builder or F&R; builder
- Robust leadership & communication on site
- Trade background or Relevant Construction Degree
- Procore / OneBreadcrumb / Hammertech or similar software experience
- Experience on projects $1M
