THEM Earthmoving is a proudly family-owned Western Australian civil construction company delivering road construction, earthworks, mining support and infrastructure projects across regional and remote WA.

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front, building robust relationships with clients, and getting the best out of their team.

This isn't a role where you'll be micromanaged. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, makes sound decisions and is committed to delivering projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of civil construction projects while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. You will lead crews, coordinate plant and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise site personnel, plant operators and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily work activities and allocate labour and equipment.
- Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox meetings and safety inspections.
- Liaise professionally with clients, superintendents and project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed to specification and quality standards.




- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate materials, plant and subcontractors.
- Complete daily reports, site records and timesheets.
- Assist with project planning and scheduling.
- Maintain a positive team culture and lead by example.

About You

You'll be a confident leader with a practical approach and the ability to motivate people while delivering quality outcomes.

Ideally you'll have

- Previous experience supervising civil construction or mining projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with road construction and earthworks.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Robust commitment to safety and quality.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Construction White Card.
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
