Key Duties &

- Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of insurance building projects from commencement to completion

- Interpret scope of works provided by consultants

- Write scope of works documents when required

- Work in conjunction with supervisors to achieve set budgets

- Build new & leverage existing relationships with key insurance personnel within the industry

- Liaise with clients & insurers

- Coordinate access to properties with insured parties

- Liaise with & engage sub-contractors during quotation stage

- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OH&S; requirements

- Ensure all inspections, certificates & relevant documentation is signed off

- Engage, coordinate & manage trades

- Communicate & negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs

- Coordinate access to properties





- Dispute / issue resolution

- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements

- Ensure inspection, certificate of final inspection & other relevant documentation is signed off

- Travel around Wagga Wagga & surrounding areas

Key Selection Criteria:

Do you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Being able to demonstrate and highlight examples of these are the key criteria for you to be successful in joining our existing talented and passionate team. The following selection criteria is also important, but we are happy to teach and mentor you along the way.

- Building Trade or Construction Qualification

- Insurance Building background advantageous, however not essential

- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities

- Excellent communication, customer service & relationship building skills

- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client

- Understanding of OHS practices, legislation, regulations

What We Are Looking For

- Drive &
- Attitude:

High energy, motivation, empathy for clients, and a strong work ethic.

- Experience: Building trade or construction qualification (insurance background is a plus, but we will train the right person).

- Skills: Intermediate computer literacy and outstanding time management for competing priorities.

- Requirements: Current motor vehicle licence and valid right to work in Australia (pre-employment medical and police check will be required).
