The Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg invites applications for an Administrative Officer in the Referral Management Centre. This part-time role supports the Patient Services Department with outstanding customer service, aims to streamline referrals, register current patients in IPM, and coordinate waitlists and appointments.
You will work 22.80 hours per fortnight, with shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays, and report to the Patient Services Leadership Team.
