Prospect

Reporting to the Maintenance Planner, this role will be responsible for short to medium term maintenance activities for all PLS assets, ensuring the equipment fleet achieves maximum availability in a safe, efficient, and cost‑effective manner.

This is a permanent full‑time role based at our Pilgangoora operation in the Pilbara region, operating on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.

Responsibilities

- Adhere to the PLS Work Management Procedure and utilise Pronto (CMMS) & ERP.
- Track incoming and outbound deliveries.
- Check goods against delivery notes for accuracy.
- Process goods receipt on HME internal systems.
- Operate forklift for loading/unloading.
- Monitor movement of HME goods.
- Update tracking data for accurate information.
- Coordinate dispatch and collections with main warehouse.
- Liaise with freight companies for updates.
- Ensure a clean, tidy, and safe HME warehouse environment.
- Support order fulfillment and HME teams.
- Perform general administrative duties.

HSE (General)

- Demonstrate an understanding of PLS safety and environmental policies and maintain an understanding of the main principles.
- Report any situation,



event or incident that has affected or has the potential to harm the environment to management.
- Support procedures and work practices aimed at preventing accidents or injuries.
- Regularly audit/inspect team’s work environment and promote a high level of safety awareness.
- Actively participate in safety meetings and follow up or provide feedback on issues raised in an effective manner.
- Identify workplace hazards and take appropriate corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Current MVDL (C Class minimum)
- Current forklift ticket
- 2‑5 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised with great administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to business ethics
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Advanced time management skills
