About the Role

We're building a strong, long-term team at our Brighton clinic, and we're looking for the right Practice Manager to help lead it. Quality Dental Care is a growing, multi-site dental group focused on building well-run clinics with great teams and strong systems.

This role is about ownership. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the clinic — from front-of-house performance through to the operational detail behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role where you'll keep the clinic running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally, and have the ability to make an impact on our group.

You'll be responsible for both patient experience and operational execution.

Key responsibilities:

· Lead and support the front office and clinical teams

· Manage the daily schedule to maximise efficiency and utilisation

· Staff rostering and performance management

· Oversee patient flow and deliver a high-quality patient experience

· Support clinicians with treatment coordination and case acceptance

· Complete daily banking, reconciliation, and cash handling

· Payment of supplier and dentist invoices

· Manage stock, ordering, and general clinic organisation

· Oversee facilities, maintenance, and clinic presentation

· Handle escalations and resolve issues calmly and professionally

· Ensure systems and processes are followed consistently

· Working towards agreed KPI’s

About You

You're organised, reliable, and take pride in running a tight operation.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry, with Practice Management experience in a large multi chair clinic (essential)





· Is confident managing people, schedules, and competing priorities

· Has strong attention to detail, particularly with financial admin

· Communicates clearly and stays calm under pressure

· Understands the importance of a full book and smooth daily operations

· Takes ownership and solves problems without being asked

· Understanding of practice management software (D4W is preferable)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

· Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care

· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

· Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry
