We are currently seeking to join our skilled team at our Arundel manufacturing facility:

- Machinists
- 2nd to 4th year cabinet maker Apprentices
About the Role
In these full-time positions, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality custom cabinetry projects. Every job is different, with quality and detail that matters.
What We’re Looking For

What you'll be doing
- Fabricate and assemble a variety of cabinetry, including kitchens, bathrooms, WIR's, laundries, bars, entertainment systems
- Operate a range of power tools and machinery
- Operate machinery i.e. CNC, Edgebander
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- For apprentices, undertake training and complete relevant qualifications under the guidance of experienced tradespeople
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in cabinet making, carpentry or a related trade (experience preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in fabricating and assembling high-quality cabinetry/joinery
- 2nd to 4th year Apprentices that are genuinely interested in their trade
- Proficient in using a range of power tools, machinery, and hand tools common to the cabinet making trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to precise measurements and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
