About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing critical minerals company based in our Mareeba Office.
This role is critical to ensuring the efficient management of the Company’s accounts payable function, while providing support for accounts receivable and general office administration when required.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing critical minerals company based in our Mareeba Office.
This role is critical to ensuring the efficient management of the Company’s accounts payable function, while providing support for accounts receivable and general office administration when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain vendor records and manage payment schedules.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
- Maintain organised and accurate records for audits and reporting.
- Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations.
- Support the Corporate Services team with administrative tasks as required.
Selection Criteria:
The ideal candidate would have:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
- Proficient in SAP (strongly desirable but not mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MYOB and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
