Nucoat Resurfacing is a growing Perth flooring and resurfacing company specialising in epoxy flake flooring, commercial flooring systems, concrete preparation and premium Vuba Stone resin-bound surfaces.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable, hard-working tradespeople and experienced labourers to join our installation team.

Previous epoxy or resin-bound flooring experience would be highly regarded, but it is not essential. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced painters, concreters, floor installers, waterproofers or other tradespeople who are confident using tools, understand surface preparation and take pride in producing a high-quality finish.

Full training in our epoxy and Vuba Stone systems will be provided to the right applicants.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your work will include:

• Preparing concrete, tiles and other surfaces using grinders and specialist equipment
• Installing epoxy flake and polyaspartic flooring systems
• Mixing and applying primers, coatings, resins and aggregates
• Installing Vuba Stone resin-bound surfacing
• Repairing cracks and completing concrete preparation
• Masking, detailing and finishing work
• Loading, unloading and maintaining tools and equipment
• Working on residential, commercial and industrial projects
• Keeping job sites clean, organised and professional

Experience in painting, concreting, flooring, waterproofing, rendering, tiling or surface preparation would be an advantage.

Essential Requirements

• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable transport to our Joondalup base
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test if required
