We're expanding our team and looking for an experienced, OMARA-registered Migration Agent to join us on a full-time basis in Perth.

About the Role

You'll manage a caseload of visa matters end-to-end — advising clients, preparing and lodging applications, and representing their interests throughout the process. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right and genuinely enjoys helping people achieve real outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide accurate, up-to-date migration advice across skilled, employer-sponsored, student, and/or family visa streams

- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications in line with current Department of Home Affairs and OMARA requirements

- Maintain clear, regular communication with clients throughout their matter

- Keep thorough,



compliant file records and documentation in line with the Code of Conduct

- Stay current with legislative changes, including the Migration Agents Regulations 2026

- Support business development through client relationships and referral networks, including our connections across India

About You:

- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA), holding a valid MARN

- 2–5 years' experience working as a registered migration agent in Australia

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- High attention to detail and strong file/case management discipline

- Experience working with clients from South Asian and/or Indian communities highly regarded

- Genuine care for client outcomes and a collaborative, team-first attitude
