About UsFruit Share Adelaide (FSA) is a 100% volunteer-run charity that rescues surplus fruit and vegetables from backyards and farms across Adelaide and redistributes them to food relief organisations. Since January 2024 we've harvested and donated over 41,000kg of produce, while reducing food waste, building community, and strengthening local climate resilience.
We're a young, rapid-growing organisation heading into our 2nd Annual General Meeting on 30 August 2026, and we're looking for passionate people to join our committee as we mature our governance and scale our impact.
Roles Available
ChairpersonKeeps the board focused on FSA's mission and strategic objectives, guides overall direction, chairs meetings and the AGM, and supports and mediates across the committee.
SecretaryManages key documents and correspondence, records accurate minutes of committee and general meetings,



and helps ensure FSA meets its regulatory and ACNC compliance requirements.
General Committee MembersContribute to the strategic governance and oversight of FSA (setting direction, monitoring performance, and safeguarding the organisation's mission) rather than day-to-day operations. Bring fresh skills and perspectives across areas such as finance, fundraising, partnerships, or marketing.
