Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Asian fusion dishes

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

- Support daily prep and productive kitchen operations

- Assist in developing new dishes and specials





- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service times

- Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

About You:

- Experience in a commercial kitchen (Asian/Japanese cuisine is a bonus)

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

- Passion for food, creativity, and learning new techniques

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy setting

- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
