Perth & Brisbane-based opportunities are emerging for experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead greenfield and brownfield gold project delivery across Western Australia.We are interested in speaking with proven EPC project leaders who can take full accountability across engineering, procurement, commercial, cost, schedule and construction delivery.This is not a construction-only requirement. The successful individuals will have demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and controlling projects from tender and design development through procurement, execution, commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of EPC gold/process plant projectsManage multidisciplinary engineering, procurement and construction teamsOwn project budgets, forecasts, schedules and resource plansDrive design maturity, procurement sequencing and construction readinessManage commercial negotiations, contracts,



variations and project riskMaintain solid client relationships and project reportingIdentify delivery issues early and take decisive corrective actionLead project teams through commissioning and operational handover
Required experienceDegree-qualified Engineer or equivalent technical qualification10+ years across engineering/construction project deliveryProven Project Manager/Senior Project Manager experience within EPC/EPCM environmentsStrong mineral processing or gold project experienceDemonstrated multidisciplinary design management capabilityExperience across civil, structural, mechanical, piping and electrical disciplinesStrong commercial, estimating, scheduling and project controls capabilityPrevious accountability for project cost, schedule and client outcomesKnowledge of WA mining and construction requirements
Backgrounds limited primarily to site construction management, owner-side package management or sustaining capital delivery without multidisciplinary design accountability are unlikely to suit this requirement.
