What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead daily workshop operations and support your team to achieve goals
- Drive performance by hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients and suppliers
- Leverage your product knowledge to build trust and repeat business
- Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workshop environment
- Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance System and service standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in an automotive service centre
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales and customer service
- Reliable, committed and confident in managing team performance
- A valid Australian driver’s licence
- Automotive Trade qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Availability Monday to Friday and every second Saturday morning
- You must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
