We're looking for an experienced Senior CNC Programmer to join our Manufacturing team located in Holden Hill, SA. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of CNC programming, support production and help drive continuous improvement across our machining operations.

About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing, optimising and maintaining CNC programs for milling, turning and multi-axis machines.
- Selecting tooling, cutting parameters and machining strategies to maximise efficiency and quality.
- Supporting machinists with machine setup, troubleshooting and technical guidance.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Production and Quality to support new product introduction and manufacturing improvements.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce machining time, improve quality and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate CNC documentation, setup sheets and program version control.
About You
We're looking for someone who is technically strong but also a great fit for our team. You'll be:
- An experienced CNC Programmer within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient using CAM software such as NX or Mastercam.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings, CAD models and GD&T.;
- A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys working collaboratively with engineers, machinists and production staff.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering quality outcomes.
