Super Motor Spares is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join our team. You'll work alongside eight highly experienced parts interpreters who specialise in 4WD parts for mining, fleet and workshop clients — a genuine chance to learn from the best in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Front counter sales and customer assistance
- Helping clients identify and source parts via phone, email and in person
- Supporting senior staff with order processing and inventory management
- Delivering excellent customer service across all channels
- Following up and expediting outstanding orders
- Building your knowledge of 4WD parts and systems
About You
- General mechanical knowledge of cars and 4WDs
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Sound computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
- A positive, receptive attitude and a growth mindset
