Olga's Hair Beautique in Nerang is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Hairdresser to join our warm, professional team. Whether you are after a part-time or casual employee role, or the independence of chair rental — we are open to what works best for you.

About us

Olga's Hair Beautique is a boutique organic hair salon in the heart of Nerang. We specialise in colour, balayage, nanoplasty, and hair extensions — using high-quality, low-toxic products that are good for your clients and good for you.

We have built a genuinely loyal local clientele and hold 65 five-star Google reviews and 415 five-star reviews on Fresha — one of the strongest reputations of any salon on the Gold Coast.

We are a small, close-knit team. You will not be a number here.

What we are looking for

Someone who is confident across colour — foiling, balayage, colour correction — and who takes real pride in their work.

You will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience and be genuinely committed to great results and a great client experience.

Saturday availability is particularly important to us,



as this is our busiest day of the week.

If you have an interest in organic and low-toxic hair care, you will feel right at home.

Chair rental arrangement

Chair rental is available for experienced hairdressers who prefer to run their own business within our space.

- Chair rental: $95 per day

- What is included: rent, electricity, internet, towels, capes, tea and coffee, use of 2 chairs and 3 lockers

- What you bring: your own clientele, your own professional insurance, your own EFTPOS, and you manage your own tax and super obligations

Commission arrangement

Commission-based work is also available. The split is 40% to the hairdresser and 60% to the salon, reflecting the full use of salon facilities, products, colour, towels, capes, electricity, internet, Fresha app, and established clients. You manage your own tax and super obligations.
