An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced People & Culture Specialist to join a dynamic HR team supporting a large and complex organisation through growth and transformation. This role will see you partner with leaders across the business to deliver contemporary people solutions, workforce planning initiatives and end-to-end recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Develop innovative attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.
- Provide advice on employment legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
- Support workforce planning, talent management and capability initiatives.
- Coach and support leaders on people and recruitment matters.
- Contribute to culture, diversity, inclusion and employee engagement programs.

About You

You are a proactive HR professional with:





- Experience working in a complex organisational workplace.
- Strong talent acquisition and recruitment expertise.
- Experience developing EVP and candidate attraction strategies.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Coaching or training experience highly regarded.
