Olympus Windows and Doors is looking for an estimator/admin person to join our team.

V6 and Orgadata software experience is a must at this stage .

Minimum 6-12 months of V6 software experience is required.

Estimator is responsible for evaluating project requirements, calculating material and labour costs, and preparing accurate price quotes for residential or commercial window installation and replacement projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring competitive pricing, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

1. Solid mathematical and analytical skills

2. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

3. Effective communication and negotiation skills

4. Experience in window construction estimating, or related field

5. Experience in residential and commercial projects construction estimating is required

6. Strong understanding of window types, materials and installation methods

7. Calculate material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs
