About the Role

This role is centred around hands-on aluminium fabrication within our up-to-date Malaga workshop. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality aluminium windows, doors, and related products, ensuring each item meets our exacting standards. Working alongside a great, cheerful, and supportive team, you’ll use your practical fabrication experience and strong measurement skills to cut, assemble, and finish aluminium components with precision. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative workshop environment, takes pride in craftsmanship, and contributes to smooth, efficient production

Key Responsibilities

- Cut, prepare, and assemble high-quality aluminium window and door frames with precision and attention to detail

- Install hardware components including locks, chain winders, handles, rollers, and seals to ensure smooth performance

- Carry out factory glazing and comprehensive quality checks throughout the fabrication process

- Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently as part of daily fabrication tasks

- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to a safe and effective production environment

- Assist with general workshop and warehouse duties to support smooth day-to-day operations





- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot fabrication challenges and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in aluminium window and door fabrication (preferred, but we’re open-minded about great talent)

- Ability to read and interpret drawings, job sheets, and measurements with accuracy and confidence

- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and pride in your craftsmanship

- Reliable work ethic and the ability to stay focused in a busy workshop environment

- A positive, team-oriented attitude with valuable communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn new techniques and grow within a supportive, cheerful team

- Ability to work with workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
