Roofing Maintenance Worker

H&L; Metal Roofing is a trusted Sunshine Coast roofing company specialising in metal roofing, roof maintenance, repairs, leak detection, and commercial and residential roofing services.

We're looking for a reliable, motivated Roofing Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving a variety of roofing maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties.

Duties include:

- Roof inspections and preventative maintenance

- Roof leak detection and repairs

- Metal roof repairs and replacement of damaged sheets

- Gutter and downpipe repairs

- Flashing repairs and installation

- Assisting with reroofing projects when required

- Working safely at heights

- Providing professional customer service on site

What We're Looking For

Essential:

- Construction or roofing experience

- White Card

- Current Australian Driver Licence

- Physically fit with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work safely at heights

- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team

Highly Regarded:

- Roofing trade experience





- Working at Heights certification

- EWP licence

- Experience with metal roofing systems
