We're working with a well-established and growing organisation in the property sector, looking for a high-performing Claims Coordinator to join their supportive team. This is an opportunity to manage your own portfolio of claims, take ownership of outcomes, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

This is not your typical administration role — you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of insurance claims, acting as the central point of coordination between customers, insurers, assessors, contractors, and internal teams.
You'll be the person who keeps everything on track, managing timelines, chasing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring every claim progresses smoothly from lodgement through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing a portfolio of property insurance claims in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Coordinating customers, insurers, assessors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the claims process
- Tracking claim progress and ensuring key milestones and timeframes are met
- Maintaining accurate claim notes, records, and documentation
- Following up outstanding information and driving claims through to resolution
- Problem-solving and keeping claims moving when issues arise
- Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the customer journey





What We're Looking For

We're specifically looking for candidates with insurance claims experience who can manage volume, take ownership, and keep multiple claims progressing simultaneously.

- Proven experience in Insurance Claims, Claims Administration, Claims Support, Claims Coordination, or a similar role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Confident communicator who can deal with a range of stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- A strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport and manage expectations
