About the Role

In this role you will be:

- Greeting patients warmly and professionally

- Managing bookings, enquiries, and daily schedules

- Processing payments, HICAPS, Medicare and patient communication

- Handling patient enquiries professionally across phone, email, and in person

- Supporting the clinical team with day to day coordination to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience

- Problem-solving and taking initiative





- Collaborating closely with the team and contributing to team morale

About You

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Dental Receptionist role (essential)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

- Commitment to providing a warm, high-quality, patient-centred care

- Confidence with computers

- Superior organisational skills, and the ability to multi-task

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- An approachable personality who is friendly and warm

- Reliability and a genuine passion for the industry

- Experience in D4W software (preferrable)
