We’re looking for a curious and driven Advanced Analytics Senior Analyst to deliver impactful, data-driven insights that improve customer outcomes and support key business decisions.

You’ll use data as a strategic asset to solve complex problems, uncover opportunities, and enhance the end-to-end customer journey. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that balance customer, risk, and commercial outcomes.

You will be part of the Data & Analytics team (Products, Pricing & Analytics), which supports decision-making across the organisation through insights, reporting, and advanced analytics.

The Decision Support team focuses on deepening customer relationships and improving experiences through data-led insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to support both strategic initiatives and business-as-usual operations.

This role requires robust technical capability, clear communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders by translating data into meaningful business insights.

What You’ll Do

Deliver actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisionsAnalyse large datasets using tools like SQL and PythonDevelop predictive models, segmentation, and analytics solutionsIdentify trends, risks,



and opportunities across the customer lifecyclePartner with stakeholders to solve business problems using dataBuild and maintain stakeholder-facing dashboards and visualisations using Tableau and/or Power BI to track performance, communicate insights, and support business decision-makingApply a strong risk and governance mindset, ensuring responsible use of dataDrive continuous improvement and automation in analytics processes

What You’ll Bring

Experience in advanced analytics, data science, or similar, ideally in banking or financial servicesStrong skills in SQL, with hands-on experience in Tableau and/or Power BI for data visualisation, along with Python/R for advanced analyticsExperience with predictive modelling and machine learning techniquesAbility to work with large, complex datasets and translate insights into business valueStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsUnderstanding of data governance, risk, and regulatory requirementsKnowledge of retail banking products (e.g. home lending) is desirable
