What we’re looking for
If you are an experienced Sales Training Consultant with a desire to pick up regular contract training days with a highly reputable business and clients, this could be the role for you!

We’re seeking experienced Sales Trainers with strong, hands-on industry backgrounds to support our growing Learning and Development business in the delivery of our quality corporate sales programs (usually 1-2 day workshops).

You will be provided with hands-on training to enable you to deliver our non-accredited training programs to our large, growing, national client base. You will play a key role in facilitating engaging, high-quality learning experiences across a variety of client environments, with travel to sites both intra and interstate, as required.

This role is suited to professionals who have genuinely worked at a senior level in sales and who have demonstrated experience in translating these skills into practical, relevant, and engaging training.

Your key responsibilities in your new role will include:

- Deliver engaging, non-accredited corporate sales training programs to national client base
- Facilitate practical, experience-based workshops and learning sessions
- Support participants to apply sales techniques in real-world environments
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery

What you’ll need to succeed:

- Proven, hands-on experience in sales, working at an executive level (essential)
- Demonstrated experience delivering sales training programs
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within your state and interstate
- Ability to work on a contract basis, committing to various 1-2 day workshops throughout the year
