The role plays a pivotal part in delivering EOS’s global marketing objectives through strategic event planning and execution. You will provide expertise in managing international events end-to-end, coordinating logistics, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring brand consistency and supporting marketing initiatives.

Primary Duties

Lead the end-to-end management of global events including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and customer engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution across international markets. Develop and implement strategic event plans that align with EOS’s marketing and business development objectives, incorporating risk management and contingency planning. Manage event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes and provide accurate reporting on ROI and post-event analysis. Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships for global and Australian-based events, including hospitality,



sponsorship activities, and tradeshows. Maintain an annual global events calendar and ensure integration of events into broader marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide marketing support for campaigns, collateral development, and digital content, liaising with internal designers and external suppliers to deliver high-quality materials. Ensure brand consistency across all event and marketing activities, reinforcing EOS’s identity in global and local markets. Act as the primary point of contact for group marketing assistance to EOS entities worldwide and represent the marketing team during internal event planning. Complete administrative tasks such as budget preparation, reporting, and documentation to support productive event management processes. Perform ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs. Other duties as required.
