Ulti-Mech is growing in Newman, and we are looking for a driven and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who enjoys working with customers, coordinating workshop activity, and supporting a busy service operation. The role is available on a FIFO 3:1 roster from Perth or residential in Newman.

About the Role

As the Service Advisor, you will be a key link between our customers and workshop team, helping ensure jobs are booked, communicated, and completed efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with customers, management, and technical staff

- Accurately communicate customer requirements and concerns to the workshop

- Manage the daily inflow of repair orders and invoicing

- Identify opportunities to upsell additional work and advise customers on future maintenance requirements

- Order parts and coordinate customer bookings

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

- Support the day-to-day operation of the workshop





- Assist the team in meeting KPIs and sales targets

- Maintain sound knowledge of products and services

- Help keep a clean, professional environment for staff and customers

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in an automotive service centre or similar role

- Proven sales ability within the automotive industry

- Strong understanding of workshop processes and customer requirements

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Strong customer service focus

- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

- Good leadership and team support skills

- Current C-Class driver’s licence
