Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Facility Manager to lead the operations of a well-established residential aged care community.

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of village operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance and team engagement. About the Role

As Facility Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, including:

- Leading and mentoring department managers across clinical care, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration





- Driving operational performance, quality outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives

- Ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Act, Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and all legislative requirements

- Managing financial performance, budgets and operational reporting

- Overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement

- Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders

- Leading accreditation readiness, quality audits, risk management and governance activities

- Promoting a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 3-5 years' senior leadership experience within residential aged care

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA accreditation

- Demonstrated success managing a medium to large aged care service

- Strong understanding of AN-ACC, aged care legislation and accreditation requirements

- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing leaders

- Financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting

- Current National Police Check

- Current Driver's License

- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Desirable

- Qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Accounting or Financial Management
