We're partnering with a well-established custom home builder that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality bespoke homes across Brisbane. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple custom residential builds.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of custom homes from site establishment through to handover.

You'll be expected to

- Manage multiple custom home builds simultaneously.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the build.
- Work closely with the construction and office teams to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Uphold quality control and company standards across every project.

What We're Looking For





- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising custom residential homes.
- Proven background delivering high-end or architecturally designed homes.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and sequencing.
- Excellent subcontractor management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Organised, proactive and solution-focused.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or ability to hold one).
- Current Driver's Licence.
