We're looking for an experienced Skatepark Builder – Formwork & Concrete to join our growing team.

If you've previously built concrete skateparks and enjoy producing work you're genuinely proud of, we'd love to hear from you.

While skatepark construction is our specialty, you'll also work across a variety of technical and decorative concrete projects, giving you exposure to a broad range of specialist construction techniques.

About You

You're someone who enjoys technical work and takes pride in getting the details right. Ideally you'll have experience in:

- Concrete skatepark construction.
- Building and stripping complex curved formwork.
- Forming bowls, transitions, hips, spines, ledges and banks.
- Steel fixing for complex reinforced concrete structures.
- Placing, shaping and finishing rideable concrete surfaces.
- Burnishing and producing consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Reading plans and working accurately from survey set-out.
- Working to tight tolerances.
- Shotcrete experience (highly regarded).

You're also someone who:




- Takes pride in producing exceptional workmanship.
- Has a positive attitude and robust work ethic.
- Works safely and professionally on site.
- Communicates well and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
- Wants to continue developing their skills on some of Australia's most technical concrete projects.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role working alongside an experienced team delivering specialist concrete projects across Melbourne and Victoria.

Your work will include

- Constructing concrete skateparks and pump tracks.
- Building complex curved formwork.
- Installing reinforcement.
- Concrete placement, shaping, finishing and burnishing.
- Shotcrete applications.
- Architectural concrete walls and structures.
- Feature stairs, retaining walls and tiered seating.
- Other specialist decorative and technical concrete works.
