The role

- Client relationships: Manage day to day client relationships & outputs, exceeding expectations as standard.
- Project management: Own task and project briefs, timelines and budgets.
- Creative briefs: Write briefs that are thorough yet concise, translating client objectives clearly for our Studio Team.
- Strategy:



Provide day to day brand guidance to clients and contribute to Overport's strategy and branding projects.
- Process: Keep our processes humming and flag improvements where you spot them.
- Coaching: Guide and support our Community Manager.
- Support: Keep Overport's Directors informed and backed up.

You'll need

- A degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- 5+ years of agency experience
- A strong grasp of social media
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities at pace without dropping a thing
- Sharp listening and communication skills
- Presentation skills that influence and inspire
- A knack for solving problems quickly
- Calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for communications and a whatever it takes attitude
