We’re seeking a dynamicSocial Media Manager & Content Creator to join us 3-days a week onsite in our Collingwood Flagship location, to help drive this exciting next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

This is a super hands-on role - filming, editing, copywriting, community management, being the face of the brand - the whole nine yards.



The Social Media and Content Manager plays a crucial role in shaping Black Finch's digital presence, creating meaningful connections with the audience, and driving engagement that aligns with business goals.

- Acting as a brand ambassador across all social media channels, ensuring consistency in voice, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Developing and executing social media campaigns, in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Manager, to support product launches, collections, and brand initiatives.
- Managing daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, with a focus on community engagement and growth.
- Leveraging influencer marketing and user-generated content to amplify brand reach, increase engagement, and drive brand advocacy.
