Yardi Technical Lead | Sydney

Join a leading property and real estate organisation as a Yardi Technical Lead, where you will act as the technical authority for the Yardi platform, driving solution design, integrations, optimisation, and transformation initiatives across the business

.Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will lead the development and enhancement of Yardi solutions while ensuring platform stability, performance, and scalability

What You'll Be Doi

- ngLead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of Yardi solution
- s.Act as the SME for Yardi Voyager and related property management module
- s.Drive integrations between Yardi and enterprise platforms including SAP, Dynamics 365, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, Azure, and reporting platform
- s.Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, APIs, ETL processes, and integration
- s.Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across Yardi initiative
- s.Lead system upgrades, enhancements, cloud initiatives, and transformation project
- s.Mentor developers, analysts, and technical support team
- s.Manage production releases, testing, deployments, and technical documentatio
- n.Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and performance issue
- s.Partner with Property, Finance, Asset Management, Leasing,



and Technology teams to deliver business outcome

s.What We're Looking F
- or5+ years' experience working with Yardi platform
- s.Strong expertise in Yardi Voyage
- r.Experience with SQL Server, database structures, reporting, and data migratio
- n.Hands-on experience with API development, enterprise integrations, ETL, and middleware solution
- s.Exposure to Azure Integration Services and Microsoft technologie
- s.Knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, and reporting platform
- s.Experience delivering enterprise-scale application project
- s.Strong stakeholder management and vendor engagement skill
- s.Experience within Property, Real Estate, Funds Management, Commercial Property, or Residential Property environment
