In this role, you will be responsible for after-sales technical support for inverters and battery energy storage systems (ESS), including but not limited to:

- Provide installation guidance, commissioning support and maintenance training for inverters and battery systems to installers and customers;
- Handle technical support via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional responses;
- Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, including inverter and battery replacement, defect analysis, and field service when required;
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to battery systems, BMS, communication and system integration;
- Collect, document and analyse after-sales cases clearly, and report to the team leader on a regular basis;
- Work closely with sales, project and service teams to support installers and ensure smooth project delivery; Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related major;
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical service,



commissioning or after-sales support within the solar or energy storage industry;
- Hands-on experience with battery systems, BMS, PCS, EMS and communication protocols (CAN / RS485) is a strong advantage;
- Strong customer-service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly both verbally and in writing; Who We Are:
