Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation currently investing in enterprise risk, compliance and operational resilience initiatives.
As regulatory requirements continue to evolve, the organisation is expanding its ServiceNow capability and requires a senior architect to help shape the future direction of its risk and governance platforms.
About the Role
This role will focus on designing and delivering strategic ServiceNow solutions supporting risk, compliance and operational governance outcomes.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading architecture and solution design activities
- Delivering ServiceNow IRM and GRC solutions
- Supporting enterprise risk and compliance programs
- Driving platform governance and best practice
- Working with senior business and technology stakeholders
- Managing complex integrations across enterprise environments
- Supporting strategic roadmap development
The Successful Candidate
You will have
- Significant ServiceNow architecture or consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of IRM, Risk & Compliance and Audit Management
- Financial services or banking experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering enterprise transformation programs
- ServiceNow CSA certification
