About the role Property Systems sits within the Business Systems team under Digital Services and manages the application portfolio supporting core Campus Operations. This includes the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) led by Archibus, Serraview and the wider Eptura product suite with other key applications critical to asset management, maintenance, space planning and general campus operations. Harnessing extensive technical expertise and deep domain knowledge,
the team takes a customer‑centric approach to develop, configure and implement solutions that streamline digital operations and align with the University’s strategic objectives.
As a Specialist, Property Systems you will:
- Lead the development, implementation, integration and governance of the University's property systems
- Be the SME in the maintenance and optimisation of existing systems, ensuring they meet organisational needs and standards
- Apply specialist technical and functional knowledge to manage system configurations and maintain system documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, regulatory and University requirements
- Lead initiatives and engage stakeholders across the University to understand business needs and translate these into effective system solutions.
- Monitor system performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to utilise property systems effectively.
- Identify areas of improvement in business processes and streamline the use of systems to gain operational efficiency To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience and management expertise; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training
