About The Role With a strong NDIS and disability focus, you'll work with a diverse range of clients across adult and paediatric settings, with the flexibility to tailor your caseload to your interests and career goals.

Your Responsibilities May Include Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders

Speech, language and social communication interventions

Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties (dysphagia)

Design, trial and implementation of low and high-tech AAC devices

Development, implementation and review of evidence-based therapy plans

Functional communication assessments

Parent, caregiver and stakeholder education

Collaborative care planning with Allied Health professionals, educators and medical practitioners

You May

Be A qualified Speech Pathologist A New Graduate Speech Pathologist A final-year Speech Pathology student graduating in 2026 Essential Requirements Degree in Speech Pathology (or currently completing final year studies)

SPA eligibility or Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Working With Children Check and National Police Check
